Essential Oils used daily are amazing when topically applied or diffused into the atmosphere, used in baths, hot tubs, in massage oils and cleaning products – a few drops of Epoch Brisk added to your morning shower before stepping in to inhale the invigorating eucalyptus pine fragrance and awaken the senses is simply sensational. The uses of essential oils are many and varied.
I often read and hear people saying EOs can be added to food and drinks for flavour and health benefits like detoxing etc … but unless recommended by a qualified health professional this can be a very dangerous practise. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can be highly toxic if ingested.

By all means embrace and enjoy essential oils but please don’t ingest them unless recommended by a qualified health professional.
They may be all natural and come from plants but do not make the mistake of thinking they are mild.
